The passive using estar

The Spanish "pasiva de estado" is a type of passive used with the verb estar (not ser) followed by the past participle. This passive is used when we want to highlight the result of the action, more than the actual process. 

Los grifos ya están arreglados.The taps are already fixed.

Lo siento, esa mesa está reservada.Sorry, that table is reserved.
