How can I know which form of the ordinal number to use? For example, twelfth has three forms. Are there particular circumstances when one is called for in lieu of another?

why are "they are always eating chocolate" "Ellos siempre están comiendo chocolato", and not "Ellos siempre está comiendo chocolato"?
how do you know when to add the "que" or is it interchangeable?
Which tenses do these 3 forms represent? I suppose one is the usual conditional tense
I understand why:
"¡Ya estás pidiendo disculpas a tu hermano!"
is correct, but I don't understand why:
"Pidas disculpas a tu hermano is wrong."

As with the majority of these writing options, how about including common Latin American options like el carro, manejar, and ¡Qué ganga! for this exercise.
I greatly appreciate all the hard work in making up these exercises, and adding the options for Latin American speakers would make this site and these exercises even better.
